A good book to read for all ages
I am very happy to be reading this book. I got a book report to do on it, and I got the movie DVD at home, so I can watch it later or anytime.

The Five People You Meent in Heaven
An engrossing tale about the afterlife as Mitch Albom sees it this book is a deeply moving novel with a surprising level of comic relief that would not be expected from a book devoted entirely to death and what comes after. A bit too sentimental for my taste but still a book worth reading and worth enjoying.

deeply moving, opens so many possibilities
Mitch Albom puts into words a whole new idea of what happens in the afterlife. He incorporates the thought that every person in this world is somehow connected with each other. In this story Eddie is like so many people in this world, alone , questioning why he was put on this earth, what his purpose was. To his surprise when he passes on he meets five people, some of whom he knows some of which he's never met. They show him how he forever changed their lives, how his existence made a difference , left an impact. This novel makes you reconsider your opinion on life , a real " thinker."

This was a very good book not only because it had a good message but it was easy to understand and very interesting because of the subject. The book kept you wondering. I dont think that anyone should have aproblem with the subject and the way that Mitch views heaven in the book because it is his opinion and noone really know how heaven is and looks like.

I am sooooooooooooooooooooooo excited to discuss this book with my good friends Lindsay, James and Bradley!!!!! We all tore through it like McNabb and Westbrook are going to tear thru that Patriot defense. I have to admit, however, that the final person Eddie met was disappointing. I think Mitch Albom spent too much time dealing with characters from that war. What might have made for a better fifth person was the girl he tried to save, thus, answering his indelible question throughout the book, that he did not save her. Anyways, Our first book club meeting is tonight at Papp's. Come join us if you have some free time.

This book was awesome!! i had to read it for a book report and I absolutely loved it!! My mom wanted to read it and she thout it was pretty good too.
