Time really doesn’t stop for this mouse, Hermux Tantamoque is a watchmaker who constantly fixes clocks and watches. But one day an elegant female mouse walks in and needs her watch desperately fixed. So Hermux starts on it immediately, alas, she never comes back for it so he goes to investigate what happened to her. He realises someone was following him so he stopped and went back to work. I would recommend this book for ages 11 and up but anyone can try it. Its rated: not too scary (check out the back of the book).

I think Time Stops for No Mouse is the greatest!!
Ever since I read about Hermux, I've been dying to see what he gets himself into next!!
I hope there are a lot more Hermux Tantamoq books still coming because I think he's the greatest adventurer of all, for a mouse!! :):)

I love the name of this book when I saw it at the book school. Just got around to getting it for my 8 year old daughter and she's loving it. The words are a bit hard for her but the setting and the plot is very interesting. I'm happy to see how she's enjoying reading it every chance she gets. Recommended!
