I really like this book because it was based on a real person. Like when Stargirl did nice things for people she didn't even know, Iknow a couple of people like that. It also had a valuable lesson that you don't miss something until it's gone. That's why I like this book.

Sincerely,
Tyler Vandekerkhove

I really enjoyed reading the book Stargirl. It was very interesting because it shows that you don't have to care what people think of you. Also I think it was very funny at times because of some of the things she does like play the ukuele at people when it was there birthdays. At the beginning I thought the book was going to be horrible but after a few chapters I really started getting into it. Also and someday I would really like to read this book again just not soon!!

I really enjoyed reading Stargirl for many reasons. First of all, it was different from most other books I've read because it didn't contain excessive amounts of violence, sadism, etc. Second, characters were excellently portrayed. They were very realistic, like people you could find in your own school. Third, there was a lot of logic to the things said by characters, especially Stargirl and Archie. Last of all, the book teaches you a lot about being different and individualism, also acceptance. I think this is a very good book and I recommend it to anyone.

Love much,
Vic.

I think that Stargirl is a good book no a great book becouse it could teach people some lessons about being popular. Like being popular is a bad thing becouse if one day you walk into school and you do somthing thats imbaressing then people could start to make fun of you and not think your cool anymore. Thats why I like this book it teaches you things and i defenitly have learned a lesson.

I thought this book was a very good book. I kind of learnd a lesson from the book. It tought me that don't judge someone by their apearance. It is one of the best books I have ever read.I think if anayone read this book, I hoped they enjoyed it as much as me.

I thought this was a very good book and it had a good story line. The only thing that was sad is where Stargirl thought she would be famous but she was wrong because she wasn't famous. The only kid who showed up was dori dilson and a couple of teachers. I apperciate Jerry Spinelli for writing this book.

This book is very weird, but new in a way. It has the feelings done very good written on paper. I liked some of it sometimes like when he explained Leo's feelings to her slowly yet surly. This could be a good book to read to children and young teens mainly. This book tells about how people treat others if their different and I say they should just let them be who they want to be.
