This is one of my all-time favorite books, and I shall always love 'Ella Enchanted'. I would tell anyone to read this book, for it is beautifully written. The characters are wonderful, the story is enchanting, and I just loved the whole thing. You are completley satisfied at the end, and you feel like you have just been happy beyond all words.

This is my one of my favorite books, even though I am sixteen. I think I like it so much because Ella actually gets to know Char, unlike so many "fairy tales" told. I to wish there would be a sequal, too, but Ms. Levine has obviously ended the story. I can't wait for her next book. I would also recommend, along with this book, The Two Princesses of Bamarre and The Princess Tales Series(also by Gail Carson Levine). Thank you so much for this fantastic book!

This book kept me on my toes. While I was reading it I couldn't help but wonder if she wiuld break the curse. Praise for this book.

I have just finished reading this book. It truly is magnificent. I love books where There are faeries and imaginative creatures. I also love books where they fall in love with a prince. I'm 12 years old, and most books on my reading level are not about those things. They are thought of as childish, but I certainly don't think so. I wish that Gail Carson Levine or any great author would write a book just like this one. With faeries, and gnomes, and princes. I especially hope that she would write a sequal to this book. Maybe about their children or somthing, I don't know. I just really would love to read another fabulous book such as this one! Thanks~ @¿@

This book is the best but I never new it would become a movie.
I think I am going to read it right now.

This book is great. It is definitely one of my favorites. Ella Enchanted is a retelling of the story Cinderella. It is about a girl named Ella who was given a curse that makes her obedient. So whatever anyone tells her to do she has to be obedient and do it. This book is wonderfully described and you'll want to read it over and over again. I highly recommend this book. Also they're making a movie about it. Its supposed to come out in 2003 or 2004 (there were two different release dates that I found, I'm not sure which one is correct) I'd also recommend reading The Two Princesses of Bamarre which is also by Gail Carson Levine.

This has to be my favorite book of all time! Everytime I read the book I get a little more out of it, something I missed before. She does the best job of describing everything! When I read it I feel like I'm in the book trailing along behind Ella and watching her adventures (which gets hard when you want to help her), understanding her predicaments and knowing eactly how she feels. All I have to say is this book is AWESOME! If I could I'd give it a 10 out 5.
PS Read The Two Princesses of Bamarre also!
