Stargirl is an excellent book; probably the best you'll ever read. Its plotline is complicated without being unclear, and Jerry Spinelli creates the perfect setting through great, detailed description. The characters are likeable and ones you can really get into. If you like Stargirl as much as I did, you should read some of his other books like Maniac Magee. READ STARGIRL!!!!!

Stargirl was a good good book! It is one of the most awesome books I have ever read! I also loved the Giver and Tuck Everlasting! Stargirl is completely awesome. The ending is so sad though!

The first thing that struck me about the book was the simple, yet intriging cover. It was so bright, you couldn't fail to notice it. And you shouldn't fail to read it either. It was SO beautiful. I couldn't believe the ending! I didn't want her to leave. The 'bunny - hop' image was amazing. I just hope Spinelli will have a sequel so we can find out what really happened to Stargirl.

StarGirl was an exelent book, Icould read it over and over and never get tired of it. It explains how crewel some kids really are and how to handle peer pressure. I will aways remember how the charectors handled the situation and will keep the moral of the story in my thought.

I really enjoyed reading this book, it makes me want to go out and do something nice for someone else. I wish Spinelli would come out with a sequal with how Stargirl impacted someone else's life.

I just finished reading this book...it made me cry! It was soooo wonderful, the kind of book you want to both keep all to yourself because it turns you upside down, and the kind you want to share with the entire world so they can lear what you have. read this book if you've ever struggled with conformity, or ever been annoyed by labels and cliques.
