Ulysses S. Cat and Other Animals I Have Known
by Scott Simon
For Pet Lovers Everywhere (3/27/2026)
Scott Simon's accounts of encounters with animals is truly relatable, from the tiny turtle he owned as a child, to his deep connections with pets later in life. I laughed, I cried, I cheered and feel honored to have read this early edition of this soon to be best seller. For anyone even considering becoming a pet owner, this is a vital read to truly illustrate the bond between humans and their pets.
The Irish Goodbye: Micro-Memoirs
by Beth Ann Fennelly

An honest, sometimes raw collections of essays that are relatable to so many, not just the Irish.

The author's views on friendships, family relationships as well as relating that even broken ties can be mended. Fennelly illustrates in her own format to reflect on our own lives and live with a purpose.
We'll Prescribe You a Cat
by Syou Ishida
Are Cats a Cure-all? (7/8/2024)
We'll Prescribe You a Cat is a book that will challenge a non-cat person's beliefs in non-traditional medicine. We all know that pets are proven to lower blood pressure, so of course assisting folks with emotional issues as well is a given. Once finished, you can reflect on the ways in which our furry friends enhance our lives in more ways than one. I openly admit I'm a crazy cat lady, and proud of it!
