Before I started on the box, I made a little notice'Foundlike the 'Lost' ones people make when their cats go missing. Like the cat hasn't just had a better offer and pissed off out of there. The notice said: 'Found: Grinning Jack by Brian Patten. If you are the (neglectful) owner, come in and ask for Loveday.' I stuck it in the window and tucked the book away, in the back, behind the door marked 'Private'. If no one else was going to appreciate it, then I would.
