An excellent read--compelling from the first page. What a wonderful book to make your debut with. I hope there is not a sequel--it stands well enough on its own, but I do hope for more from Anne Brashares.

I loved the relationship these girls shared and the bond with the pants was just an added bonus. It showed how friends can stay strong even when they are not together, and that change isn't always bad. These girls portrayed real life characters and I felt as though it was about me and my friends.

This was the best book I've ever read in my life. I hope there is more to come.

Anne Brashares is very talented. This book is very well written. I laughed, I cried, and I couldn't put it down. There should definitly be a sequel... maybe Kostos visits Lena, and Tibby falls for him? I just loved the whole Lena/Kostos storyline, unfortunately, Kostos is perfect, which equals a non-true story. I feel as if Tib, Lenny, Bee and Carma are my friends... we have such similar characteristics, which shows how true to life this story is. Anyway, I also think this book should be made into a movie. Think about it, and keep up the good work Anne.
