Wow
I absolutely loved this novel. Jodi Picoult has created a powerful story that touches on every emotion imaginable. I can't wait to read more of her work!

I picked this up at an airport bookstore before getting on what I knew would be a long flight. It was a fantastic chance find and I was rivetted. I was moved to tears in several passages and applaud the author for her ability to tackle this sensetive issue. I agree with some of the reviewers that if there is one weakness in the book, it is that, often the voice of the 13 year old, doesn't quite sound like that of a 13 year old, and is a little difficult to accept. All in all, a fantastic book.

One of my book club members choseMy Sister's Keeper as our January book club choice. I found it current, thought provoking, and extremely well-written. I have since purchased and read most of Jodi Picoult's previous publications. She picks subject matter that lends itself to spirited discussions at book club meetings. What an ending!!

I read this book as part of a book club and Jodi Picoult has quickly become one of my favorite authors. The story is riveting and the writing is graceful and poetic.

Great Book - it is making it's way around the girls in my Book club!

Very compelling reading and a great insight into relationships and family dynamics. I felt Picoult didn't write as a 13yo very well, but this doesn't take anything away from the book. Good story/plot with a whole array of emotions to deal with. Would make a great movie.

My second Picoult book and LOVED IT! She's my new favorite author! ("The Pact" was the first one I read by her and it was excellent) I can't wait to dig into her other books!
