Prakriti K. (02/24/05)

Hi! My name is Prakriti and I am 11 years old. This book was great!!! All the magic and cruel creatures coming out of the book made it so interesting and fun to read. I rated this book a 4 because I think it gave a little to many details . But I also liked the book alot because it always hooked you on at the end of the chapter and it kept you wanting to read on because of the mysterys that keep coming.

M. Oliver
Age 11,

What a intense book, it always kept me reading, I stayed up so late reading Inkheart, Meggie and her father Mo go to Aunt Elinors house after geeting a surprise visit from a past friend, then when Mo is kidnapped Meggie, Elinor, and the past friend set off to save him, it was chilling but warming, it was beautiful, I have to say!

Katie Townsley (01/17/05)

I absolutly loved the book, i never read any books because i hated reading so i got it on tape then after listening to it I read it. I'm 16 years old. My parents told me to start reading so i thought picking this book would be easy and a little fun so then i read it. After that i read it again and again. I loved this book! My friends thought i was childish for reading the book, then i told them to read it and they didn't admit to liking the book, but i saw it in their eyes when they were reading that they liked it.
Anna Baxter (01/17/05)

I never particularly liked fantasy books or ones about talking animals but I didn't know Inkheart was a fantasy book(with a bit of magicrealism) and when I got reading it I found out fantasy books weren't so bad after all.

Inkheart is a really good book. I got it for my birthday in 2004 and I thought it looked boring, but when I got reading it, it was totally cool. I can't believe some people think it's not her best book! Inkheart is the best book in the world and Funke the best writer.
Twigleg 4ever (01/16/05)

Meh... A good story overall... But in the middle.... It just seemed to drag on and on about irrevlvant things... Not to sound mean, though, this just wasn't her best book in my opinion.

<< Some books should be tasted, some should be chewed, but only a few should be thoroughly digested. >>

And boy, this book only goes as far a chewing.... -_-'''
