A Better Angel: Stories
by Chris Adrian
bleak, yet thoroughly entertaining(10/27/2011)
This book was an extremely well-written and imaginative collection of short stories, each one mildly incorporating the tragic events of 9/11. The stories range from intriguing to shocking, and I found the premise behind each of them highly creative. The humor was plentiful, …more dark, and rather pleasing. I also enjoyed following along with each characters' unusually morbid trains of thought.(less)
