Borders may find buyer before end of July, if not liquidation

According to Reuters, Borders Group plans to name a potential buyer by July 1. Borders is said to be in negotiation with several groups including private equity firms Gores Group and Najafi Cos. If a sale cannot be completed by the end of July "it will proceed with a sale to liquidators."
