Masetto wants to send Rosaline to the convent right way, while Rosaline requests freedom first. Which do you believe to be the better approach to a life-altering event?

I would want some warning and given some time to prepare for a life-altering event.
That would be a luxury really, as most often, life-altering events happen with no notice or waring and send shockwaves through the person and others affected by the event. I think not having any notice and being forced to go somewhere or do something, would be emotionally devastating.

I Definitely would choose days of freedom to cherish what I may be loosing, it would be emotionally traumatic to immediately loose everything you hold
dear yet as mentioned earlier by someone that’s usually how life altering events happen, so I’d given the choice…. Yes! Preferably days of freedom!!

I would definitely choose to have a few days of freedom... and I would use my time to plot my escape! haha Unfortunately, there are many life altering events where we don't get any warning so I don't think always having a choice is an option. I'm also very grateful that there are not too many decisions that I am not an active participate in making. During the 16th century, Rosaline wasn't afforded the opportunity to decide for herself. Given that she was being sent to a convent before getting to experience more of life, I think her wish made a lot of sense. I think a great question to ask is "Is it possible to pack a lifetime of experiences in a week?" or "What are the most worthwhile experiences to have before a life altering event?"
