I loved the descriptive writing style of Peter May and the plot was very intriguing. It did keep me up until the wee hours of the night to see what happened next. However, a couple of details were a bit odd - when the guy goes to Edinburgh to see the home at the address he …more found, he confronts his daughter, Karen, and his former wife and neither recognizes him.
