What a delightful read! Fun to see a protagonist my age. And such an appropriate premise of the book. Nice to see the backstory of the current scam perpetrated on older folks. Maybe some insights for those of us who think it couldn't happen to us.

"Take My Hand" introduced me to another aspect of America's history that tends to go unnoticed. As a retired nurse I found the book exceptionally compelling.

What a captivating book! So full of images, traditions, insights into another culture, and history. What a great way to learn about the history of Korea and its people. The characters were engrossing and to follow them for many years through many changes was a gift.

It did take me a bit to get into this book; but well worth the persistence! The book gives one a glimpse into one man's struggle with overwhelming grief and guilt. I was so touched by the love and persistence of his friends and family. Rebecca became the lifeline he needed.more
