As the back said this book saved my life. I was in a very dark place and I'm still not doing all that great to be honest. I'm young and while this book was not designed for my age group It was still wonderful. I recommend this to anyone who is working on coming out (like me) …more or is in a dark place. It definitely hits some hard spots but while doing that it keeps everything under control not overdoing anything. (less)
