This should be an enormous disappoint in the author and the whole idea of the book. The main character was an absolute idiot and complainer. It is hard to listen to this complete fool,Crispin, all he would ever do is complain over and over; this is pain to the ears. Crispin is the worst character I have ever read about. In conclusion, Crispin: The Cross Of Lead, was the worst book I have ever read because of dangerously stupid main character and the lack of action and interest. (less)
