This book wasn't what I expected at all - it was much more. On one level, it is definitely for fans of Jonathan Tropper's work. But on another level, the reader comes to the realization at the same time the protagonist does how much our childhood experiences impact ourmore
Into the Darkest Corner: A Novel

I finished this in two days. The author revealed what happened to Cathy in the past slowly but not so slowly that it became frustrating. She was simultaneously ratcheting up the tension in the present. It was an excellent thriller and I look forward to her next book.
