This book seems to go over the same things over and over. It's not even that helpful, most of us already know this stuff. We are being forced to read it in our High School, and if we wanted to read a self-help book we would have read it on our own. It seems to just make …more problems worst. Self help books seem to try and get everyone to be perfect and live in a semi Utopian world.(less)
