I loved this book. It was a page turner from the first page to the last.... Great characters with a plot that has an unusual twist. A great read!
Gone Tomorrow: A Jack Reacher Novel #13
by Lee Child
Gone Tomorrow(9/30/2010)
In a novel that slams through one hairpin surprise after another, Lee Child unleashes a thriller that spans three decades ... and for Jack Reacher, a man who trusts no one and likes it that way, it’s a mystery with only one answer–the kind that comes when you finally get …more face-to-face and look your worst enemy in the eye. Another good read!(less)
The Bricklayer: A Novel
by Noah Boyd
The Bricklayer(12/21/2009)
What a great read!! The suspense started on page one and didn't end until the finish of the book. I liked the lead character Steve Vail and the FBI agent Kate. I'm sure we will read about both of them again!!
It has a powerfully, sometimes uncomfortably, realized setting; characters who seem drawn from life; and a wide-ranging plot, bursting with complications. The title captures the book’s theme: a heroine forced to clean up the shards of her own and other people’s messes. I …more thoroughly enjoyed this read!!(less)
This is the first book I've read by Vicki Delany. I did enjoy the story line and it's many twists and characters. The plot kept me reading and it was a good ending. This book will appeal to mystery buffs.
