Little Princes: One Man's Promise to Bring Home the Lost Children of Nepal
by Conor Grennan
The Little Princes(12/17/2010)
This is a remarkable book about the author's journey to Nepal. About the country itself, politics, civil war, child-trafficking and self-discovery of who he is and what he became. It's an extraordinary book reuniting the children with their parents and so much more. Conor …more writes with an eloquence and humility that we don't see much these days.(less)
If you liked his previous book, "Shadow of the Wind" then you will undoubtedly like this one too. I do. Although I haven't quite finished this book yet I'm savoring every word written as I'm mesmerized by this Gothic tale and don't want it to end.
Before I Die
by Jenny Downham
Before I Die(9/19/2007)
I had a hard time getting into this book.It took several attempts for me to finish the book as I found it disjointed and didn't flow well.
