How do you feel Clytemnestra's warrior mentality influences her throughout the novel?

Clytemnestra and the rest of the girls in Sparta are trained to fight as children. How do you feel this warrior mentality influences her throughout the novel? How does this set her apart from other heroines you have read about before?

I believe that Clytemnestra's physical strength has also aided in the development of her mental strength. She is not afraid to act and that is her greatest strength I think. Other female heroines of the past seem to rely on men to get what they want. Clytemnestra acted for herself.

Clytemnestra was trained warrior and was taught to defend herself against harm. she was taught from a young age to defend herself and her loved one in all contexts. This was both a; body and mind training. Other women heroines tend to act bravely in an individual capacity rather than trying to avenge or save a group of people.

It made her mentally tough and strategic, able to bide her time and to seize an opportunity. It developed her physical strength and her confidence, even her preference to fight and win rather than submit. She didn’t love violence for its own sake, but because it made her self-reliant and gave her some sense of control over her life, being able to avenge great injustice.

I think her warrior's mentality gave her the strength and courage to continue to fight and survive. She had an idea as to where she wanted to go and she needed this strength to get there.
