Media Bistro's Galleycat blog reports on the ongoing saga surrounding the recent cancellation of Sherry Jones's The Jewel of Medina, a fictional account of the life of Aisha, one of the Prophet Muhammad's wives who married him when she was nine years old. The book was due to be published this month but has been delayed indefinitely.
