Pulitzer for Fiction goes to The Orphan Master's Son

After failing to declare a fiction winner in 2012, the 2013 Pulitzer Prize for Fiction has been awarded to Adam Johnson for The Orphan Master's Son. Finalists in fiction included The Snow Child by Eowyn Ivey and Nathan Englander's What We Talk About When We Talk About Anne Frank.

Winners in other categories include:

Nonfiction: Devil in the Grove: Thurgood Marshall, the Groveland Boys by Gilbert King

History: Embers of War: The Fall of an Empire and the Making of America's Vietnam by Fredrik Logevall

Biography: The Black Count: Glory, Revolution, Betrayal, and the Real Count of Monte Cristo by Tom Reiss

Poetry: Stag's Leap by Sharon Olds
