Yes Kim I can elaborate. If you want to delve deeper into inter generational trauma I suggest you read Wounds into Wisdom by Rabbi Tirzah Firestone, PhD. It is an academic approach to past trauma and a legacy of both strength and woundedness that shapes our lives. I enjoyed Shadows of Berlin as historical well written fiction. The book I suggested delves deeper into psychological insights and healing from trauma.
