Initially she was a sympathetic character who had landed her dream job and was very good at it. When her betrayal became clear, I really didn't care what happened to her.

I had a visceral negative reaction to her from the start, but a sympathy also. Not surprised by her betrayal of those around her. Have known others like this -- never ends well for them. They are to be pitied as they will never be happy.

I didn't have positive feelings from the beginning but I really disliked her after the betrayal

I actually liked Hank in the beginning. Even though I thought Tate took advantage of her, she seemed sweet-natured to me. I was surprised that Hank betrayed Tate, and the fact that she "framed" Cassie was unforgivable.

Hank was a vapid character, from her introduction. Unfortunately, I am sure there are plenty of real life people just like her.

I too did not like her, but I was actually surprised that she would pull a stunt like that - she will never get a job like that again, non-disclosure is a huge issue in this job!

Hank seemed to be always there doing and making sure that all was running as smoothly as could be. She seemed competent in the beginning and then she seemed to be over the top helping with everything, but keeping her cool no matter how she was treated by Tate. Her deception was believable, but her framing of Cassie was inexcusable.

Hank struck me as a very needy person. Doing the kind of job she did for Tate and depending so much on Tate's approval made her seem weak to me. I was not surprised at her betrayal nor at her attempt to frame Cassie.

Did she want Tate's love? Was she afraid that Tate was becoming too attached to Cassie, who might replace her?
