Definitely the ones about Kiowa's death, and the one about the author's decision to go to war instead of avoiding the draft in Canada.

Absolutely the Curt Lemon story in the chapter about telling a true war story. That one was so visceral, down to the most minute detail. It seemed to scream REAL in the way this memory would definitely be seared into O'Brien's brain, waking him up 20 years later. The way it churns the stomach, yes...those things are real. So far, this is my favorite chapter of the book thus far.
