I wonder why Stephanie allowed the Plumb family to be involved with Lila. Was it so that she could possibly reconcile with Leo eventually? Was it that Stephanie, an independent women, finally realized how important family is?

I agree with jeanniet, possibly, hopefully Stephanie realizes the damage that is done when the family clashes. Even if the break down is between just two members, many more are hurt.
