Do you think Leo made the right decision on in writing Emma’s stock obituary? Did this put him on the path of doubting her?

I think it was the only he knew to do. He was anxious about her cancer diagnosis and needed something to occupy his mind and body.

No. He’s too close to her to be objective. However, once he embarks on the path, he learns things that cause him to doubt her.

I thought it rather odd that Leo would write his own wife’s obit but sometimes people opt to write their own to insure that it is positive or that they get their message across. However, I think. It would be emotionally difficult to write a loved ones obit prematurely.

I agree with Iris. It seems weird to me that he would want to write Emma's obit. It seems more likely that someone in that circumstance would do a eulogy instead.

I don’t think that Leo should have been the person to write his wife’s obituary. I think that he knew that too but he wanted some control over a scary situation (her cancer diagnosis) and this was his way of coping. Doing the research for her obituary definitely led him down the rabbit hole of discovering all of her secrets.

No! I think it was very strange that he had the urge to do so when she was recovering.
