Marty I loved the latest Archy McNally romp, even though Mr. Sanders died several years ago. I think Mr. Lardo captured the style of the McNally series, and I can't wait for the next one due to be released this summer. But why wasn't there a bullet hole in the shirt?

Lynne I was deeply saddened to learn of the death of Lawrence Sanders, who has been a favorite author of mine since I discovered his books at the age of fifteen. I was even more saddened to learn that more books will continue to be published under his name. It doesn't seem fair that other people are benefiting from his genius for story-telling. I will not read any Vincent Lardo books unless they are published under his own name and not under Lawrence Sanders.

Colette Beaton This is great. I was so saddened by the death of Lawrence Sanders as I have read his books for many years. It is so great that his estate has hired someone to continue the McNally legacy. What would we do without Archy. Thanks

Carson Reed Gee, did Larry write this book? Sure seems like it. So then, who is Vincent Lardo? What's going on here?

Unknown When I discovered the fraud being perpetrated by the publisher on an unsuspecting readership, I returned this book for a full refund.

Chrystine Tedeschi I'm shocked that someone else can write under Lawrence Sander's name. It almost seems fraudulent that they put his name on top of the cover of the book. I read the book and could tell that it wasn't Sanders style. It just didn't come up to par in any way. I'm quite saddened by the passing of Sanders as I have no more of his books to read and didn't know he had died.
A bold, mesmerizing novel about the woman known as "Typhoid Mary," the first known healthy carrier of typhoid fever in the burgeoning metropolis of early twentieth century New York.
Z, the novel about the life of Zelda Sayre Fitzgerald is at points charming and; like another reviewer, I kept thinking of the movie, "Midnight...
