This is a fantasitic book...with such in-depth detail about her time spent in the hospital! It made me laugh at times but also feel very sad and shocked by the way she was treated by the people around her who just didnt understand what she was going through.I loved the film and wanted to read the book now i have a much better understanding of what she went through.A definate must for everyone! i am 17 years old!

I thought that the book was good, except, I couldn't really follow it. It jumped from things to other stuff, and it was really difficult for me to follow. I guess that it was an okay book, but I probably need to go and see the movie to get the jist of it. Otherwise, I think it was a pretty good book.

I would rate Girl, Interrupted higher than 5 but I can't...but I would honestly rate it over 100. It was an amazing book. I, myself have borderline and trying to recover. I have went through some of the same things Susanna faced, and some she hasn't.I wish that I could write her a letter expressing how I feel! All and all, amazing. She wanted to be a writer, and she got her wish. Just goes to show you, that even in tough times you can over come obsticals and achieve anything. I will read it again and again! - Krissie Campeau (kcampeau03@hotmail.com)<--incase Susanna Kaysen checks, you never know!
