It was a page turner because of the wolf himself, who is he? Will he be caught? How will he be caught? Other than that I was disappointed with the end.

This book plotting the wits of Alex Cross and "The Wolf" and unknown monster, was thrilling to me up to the end--where I was left dangling without "the solution". Hopefully his next book will give us the answer.

The story was very disappointing and at the same time unrealistic. Horrible ending in that there WAS no ending. You'll have to find out how the story ends in the next book.

The story presented is just unbelievable, both the hero (Alex Cross) and the villain (the Wolf) seem to possess superhuman powers. The plot is interesting but totally unrealistic.
