Wonderful book!!
My friend first told me about this book and said i must read it so I did and i ended up loving it. I believe Josh/Larry has a great point about how we left our lives revolve around all the "stuff" in the world. I recommened this book to everyone and anyone.

this book was ok
this book was a great example to the kinds of things we can do to try and "change" the world. even though we can't be able to chande the world it is still great if we change just one life.

its very good
i thought it was a very good book. It was very well written, and it is interesting to read. Ii did not like how it ended becaause it seemed like Josh was just taking the easy way out. It made me wonder wether or not it was fiction or nonfiction. Iit is written like nonfiction but the events in the book lead me to belive it is fiction.

Execellent Book
I'm a 12th grader and this was my first time hearing of this book in my english 9 class. We were assigned chapters to read but I read the whole book in one sitting. I would recommand this book to be read by all students from middle to high school. The plot of the story is amazing . I really like this book.

Great!
This book really inspired me to cut down on my shopping. The plot was very well though out, and the characters were fit for the story. I would recommend this book to anyone. I have no doubt in my mind that this story might be actually true.

Ignorant
"Larry" clearly does not understand the importance of economics. He says we should not buy into the commercialism and buy things we dont need. Larry says this will change the world. The only way it could change the world is for the worse. Stopping the flow of money would send America into recession. Larry talks about third world coutries and how terrible their life is and they live on two dollars a day. Okay... we know... Hmmmmm you ever think of helpng THEM... instead of trying to destroy our economy to balance it out. Our economic success has nothing to do with the poverty the third world countries face. If Larry wants people to stop buying things we dont need it will just bring America down to a poorer level. There is no point in fixing something that isnt broke. America is so successful because people DO buy things. Consumer demand creates jobs and i dont see anything wrong with having a job instead of living in poverty. If Larry wants to balance out the major gap in quality of life between America and third world countries.... he should focus on stimulating their economy instead of destroying ours to balance it out.

I have one word to describe this book - IGNORANT
