Kat LeRoc This is a great book. I read it in one day. I can't believe how much sugar I didn't know I was having. My gosh, I can actually have a salad with normal salad dressing on it. Here I thought I was doing well by policing myself with fats and I was just loading up on sugar. I've only been following this for about four days, but I already see a difference even without exercising. I can eat more and have a steak and even wine. I feel like I discovered a gold mine because I'd pay big bucks to be thin.

Sharon Stephens What a great way to lose weight! I had heard about this diet through our New Orleans office and was wondering what the "Sugar Busters" meals at New Orleans restaurants meant. After conversing with co-workers, I had a general idea about what all the stir was about. Not until I read the book did I see exactly what my colleagues meant. It makes total sense now that I think about the amount of sugar or high sugar producing foods I was consuming. Being a full-time working mom, I decided to follow Sugar Busters! way of eating the best I could. By just following the diet halfway, I went from a tight size 14 to a loose size 10. I recently cheated for a week on Fritos (a corn product high in sugars) and gained at least 5 lbs. and a dress size. This does work and I only wish I had more time to exercise, but I still lose and have more energy.
