I read the book during the Tour de France this year and while my mom was undergoing chemo for lung cancer. I believe the story of his ordeal with testicular cancer, the weighing of his options, his emotions through the ordeal and afterwards really helped me with seeing positives in difficult situations. His mom is a real hero behind the legendary Armstrong. Their mother-son story is as strong as any other aspect of the book.

This is an absolutly beautiful book. It proves that believing in yourself can help you to gretness in life and joy. Lance is just another one of these people!
