Hello Dave I have read all your books that you have put on yourself from The Child Called it to Help Yourself. I am doing a report on your book A MAN NAMED DAVE. What you went through god was a great deal of help and yourself for having the courage to even go back to the house after you got older. My blessing go out to you. And to your family. YOu are a person with great respect and you have all ways been somebody of great deal.

Dave Pelzer's The Lost Boy is an excellent book. He goes from 10 different foster homes from the start of the book to the end. He overcomes the odds and becomes a pilot in the U.S. Air Force. For a kid who was beaten what a way for his life to turn out become a pilot in the U.S. Air Force and he got his G.E.D. and now he teaches kids what to do with child abuse cases and he has a family of his own.
