Bloomsbury Sued for Copyright Infringement in Harry Potter Book

In what seems like a remarkably belated action, Bloomsbury is being sued for copyright infringement in Harry Potter Books by the estate of English children's writer Adrian Jacobs who claim that Rowling copied substantial parts of the Jacobs's The Adventures of Willy the Wizard-No 1 Livid Land in Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire.
