Follett Corporation, the private River Grove, Illinois-based educational publishing company, is in the midst of a sale process, as reported by The Financial Times.
The group manages about 850 college bookstores and provides services to about 1,800 independently run college stores. At this time, it is not clear whether the company plans to sell one or more of its six divisions, or the entire corporation.
