Amazon.com sued by Apple over phrase

Amazon is being sued by Apple over the use of the phrase 'App store' (which Apple registered for a trademark in 2008). Apple Inc has called on the court to impose an injunction preventing Amazon from using the phrase, and award unspecified damages on top.
