John Feinstein Biography
John Feinstein's books include the best-selling A Civil War, A Good Walk
Spoiled, A Season on the Brink, Hard Courts, as well as The Punch, Next Man Up, Tales from Q School, and Moment of Glory. He graduated from Duke University in 1977 and spent 11 years as a sports and political reporter with the Washington Post. He has also contributed to Sports Ilustrated, The National Sports Daily, ESPN, CBS Sports, and Golf Digest. He is also a commentator for National
Public Radio and The Golf Channel. He lives in Potomoac, Maryland, and Shelter Island, New York, with
his wife and son.
