Steve Jones Biography
Steve Jones is a Welsh geneticist and was the Head of the Department of Genetics, Evolution, and Environment at University College London until June 2010. He
regularly appears on British TV and radio, and wrote and presented a hugely
successful BBC TV series called In the Blood. His books include The
Language of Genes, winner of the prestigious Rhône-Poulenc Science Book
Prize, Darwin's Ghost: The Origin of Species Updated, Y: The Descent of Men, Coral, and Darwin's Island. He lives in London.
